Introduction: The #CSHANeuroimaging2027 Photo Wall application is designed for event participants to share photos. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

What Data We Collect:

• Photos: Images you upload, which may contain metadata (e.g., time, location if enabled on your device).
• Likes: Anonymous counts of likes on photos. We do not track who liked which photo.
• IP Address: Standard web server logs may temporarily store your IP address for security and debugging purposes.

How We Use Your Data:

• To display your uploaded photos on the event wall.
• To aggregate like counts for popular photos.

Data Sharing:

• Photos you upload are publicly visible on this Photo Wall.
• We do not share any data including your personal data with third parties for any purpose.

Your Rights:

• You can request the removal of your uploaded photos by contacting the event organizers.
• You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
